Who Can Apply? If your household doesn’t have an account with Synergy or Horizon Power—like those in apartments, retirement villages, or caravan parks—you’re eligible!
Apply By: 30 November 2024! Make sure to submit your application through the RevenueWA Online Services Portal, and don’t forget to provide proof of your electricity costs.
Extra Benefits: If you held an eligible concession card on 17 June 2024, register for the Energy Concession Extension Scheme (ECES) to receive an additional annual Energy Assistance Payment of $334.49, plus the $700 credit!
Small Business Owners & Charities in WA! 
You can apply for the $725 Small Business Electricity Credit, thanks to a partnership between the State and Commonwealth Governments! This GST-free direct payment is designed to support small businesses and charities operating in embedded networks.
Key Dates: Application Closes: 31 January 2025
Who Can Apply? If you operate in an embedded network (like shopping centers, industrial parks, or have a sub-meter arrangement), you might be eligible!
Eligibility Criteria:
Hold a valid ABN as of 17 June 2024
Consume less than 50 MWh of electricity per year (or spend under $15,000 annually)
Be a small business or charity—not a government entity or major mining operator
Provide relevant documents, including your business bank statement
